Is there a way that replays can be like saved to your account so i don't keep losing replays because i forget to copy them when i reformat my computer / Virus's? etc etc Just a suggestion.

You can just make a replay thread in replays board
or use any file storage site like mediafire,google drive etc.
Most people(including me,i have a MP and a SP thread) have replay threads.

a replays section also exists, you can find your replays relatively easily there later, after you upload them

i would still recommend opening up a replay thread though

You could always use a USB. There are already so many outlets to solving your problem that I don't think it's really necessary to add another one.
