There's no reason why you have to touch uke in your best replay. I'm not touching Uke in some of my best replays either.
But you should have used more joints way earlier. The ending was ok for a beginner but you should stop being symmetrical all the time. It might be easier to handle but the easy stuff is never good.
If you want to stick to acrobatic movements use your shoulders and pecs and make a corkscrew instead of flipping. It looks a LOT better and isn't much harder.
Also try to keep your knees and elbows relaxed. It looks more realistic and less stiff.
