Torso Rip and a Head Slam
Ok, for my first post, and first posted move here's what you do.
-Press C
-Extend both Pecs
Space Twice
Set Hands for grab
Contract both pecs
Space Three times
Contract Both Hips
Space Twice
Lower Both Shoulders
Space Three Times
Raise Shoulders
Extend Both Hips
Space Four Times
Contract Both Hips
Space until head hits the ground
Finish the move however you like
