I was thinking about applying for this position (MS) but now I need to think it over.

ES is not for me.
I don't think i would be good at supervising or planning events.
If something is my own initiative and I can plan it without rushing, that's a whole different story .
But that's more or less how Kane does it. (You don't have to be an ES to do it like that.)

When I have to work under someone's supervision, I listen to the group leader's instructions and try to cooperate with others as best as I can but I'm generally more of a lone-wolf person and prefer to work alone.
The "lone-wolf" trait only applies to work and tasks.
I consider myself a sociable person and am always eager to make new friends.

My interests within Toribash are Modmaking, texture creation, 3D item creation (I can add examples to the future app) and bashing some Toris from time to time.
So maybe my goal should be to join the TA team or the IF team, and the future goal should be to combine these two roles (that's a bit more ambitious).

you can apply and leave at the trial stage if you don't like it and if you think this is the group for you the trial test is going to be pretty easy because they really NEED someone on the group lol.


also to me i think being staff is about giving back to the community we all love, i don't think you need to be a part of an official team to give back, those who make mods, those host events, those of make youtube videos and those with organizations like tma, are giving back in their own way at their own pace, keeping the game alive and engaging.

Event Squad ~ Market Squad ~ Super Moderator ~ ex-Tori agent

Anyone that remember my 2019-2020 era knows that I wasn't the exemplary user, I have gotten in so many troubles. Short story I was quite the dueler stereotype.

I got to confess that I originally wanted to solo Market Squad so you see the irony here, a dueler who is known for giving staff headaches over duel dramas applying for staff and enforcing that scam is a thing of the past haha. I first got rejected from Market Squad because it was "too soon" for me to establish within the staff world so applied to a more friendly role, the Event Squad. Ended up doing MS+ES work and found out that I had more of a passion for ES rather than MS. By interacting more and more with the players, I commonly encountered people being rude towards each other, so I gave TA a chance, with the benefit of my activity and my language knowledge I can say I did my work very well.

Me being a three-man army was an unexpected thing since I got rejected from smod on my first attempt but I can say it was pretty fun haha.

Got smod and gave up on TA.

Overall im enjoying Event Squad + Smod more than anything.

as the toribash Giga-Administrator i have to say its such a difficult job managing these people but i enjoy it

Pfff you missed the big difference of ES requires being active in the community and MS requires being competent
