Hold on, i just checked the notepad of the replay and at frame 134 it shows that he did a 7 dm boom hit into one frame, not in two:

7 dm's do happen, just not in 1 frame
EDIT: actually, it shows 7 dms in one frames when you watch the replay, but if you edit one frame before and shift+space, you only get 6, which means that the replay is either hacked, or clitched, and still not valid

does it actually specificly say it needs to be in one frame? in the book of records it says in one hit. if it happens in one hit then it is technically 7 dms. making it in one frame just makes it more advanced. maybe specific.
