It's CS:GO skins/ keys, not paypal. This restricts my spending limits within steam so it's understandable I would charge this rate. This is what people do because of the restrictions that come with these, not only that but key prices and skins fluctuate so it's not guaranteed that keys are gonna stay the same price, tomorrow it might even be 2.5, it depends on the market, by installing 10/$ it guarantees a safety guard for me so I don't get screwed
