Is there anyway to preview my textures in actual gameplay without buying all the textures?

I tryed putting it in my custom folder as a TGA file but it still wouldnt work...

I normally make a different folder \custom\TEST\
Save them all in that folder (make sure you use the right names like head.tga), then I use in game command: /lp 0 TEST

wtf, it wont show any of the textures on "Test"
I dont know what I'm doing wong X(

take a screen shot of the folder \TEST\ and your screen after running the command, I'll check it out.

Are You saving with RLA commpresion? If yes, try without it.

whats RLA compression?

What program are You using?

I never really figured out how to use gimp so I made the pics in ms paint and converted it into a tga in an online converter and then posted it into the folder

So if You using paint, save as .png (propably in .png).
