Rip in half
I came up with a way to rip someone in half:

press 'c'
extend both ankles
contract both knees
contract both glutes
raise both shoulders

press 'space' 3 times

contract both ankles
extend both knees
contract both hips
press 'space' a few more times

Interesting thing is if you don't contract the glutes/ankles, you end up kicking off their legs at the knee.
