So, if there's an old account, say inactive for a year or two, and you want to name-change to that account's name is that possible? Delete the old unused account, or etc? I'm sure TB has a ton of namewasting, unused accounts like that.

Yes, the player must be inactive for more then a year for you to be able to get it changed to the same name.

Yes, you can get it changed to and already used account name. The account has to be inactive for at least a year I'm pretty sure.

Well, ive ask that question too. And they say that they dont remove inactive accounts. Except for those permanent banned accounts(but im also not sure if you can still use the name of the banned account).
I would also like to suggest that. Reactivating accounts so that the unused and inactive accounts will be removed from the history and more names can be use.

I've seen cases of it happening. Depends what admin you ask and the mood they are in.

Yea, the accounts are not deleted, the names of the accounts are changed to xx_old etc
