You can buy the particle textures for 10k in the torishop, or 5-7k in the market.

To create a flame, you first need a fair amount of tc. Around 70k is the average price, at least in my experience.
While playing toribash, press ctrl + l. You'll get a menu with many things that change the appearance and value of the flame. Things that make it bigger or move in a certain way, at a certain speed, will increase the price, while smaller flames that move in one direction will be cheaper.

You go into tori shops the find misc textures then you buy it there worth like I dont know 5k and then add it up and there you have a flame my friend

well then ctr+l but it costs a lot. I made a massive beam of black come out of my head and it lags the game like crazy.

Editing the flame, will also edit the price. More particles, higher price.
