I think that the main problem is, that the community has NEVER chosen a moderator
They're always elected by other mods
So we aren't a democracy at all
AND
most mods are in fact 13 year olds, who have fun banning ppl

You had to start playing tb when there were only a few members
It never mattered HOW GOOD THESE GUYS WERE
They have ONLY been in the community for a longer time than you
