I was bored and sitting around drinking beer waiting for the game. So I put together a quick field goal mod.



The goal of this competition is to kick the fastest field goal.

There are 300 frames.
You must kick the fastest field goal possible (least amount of frames) and post your replay here.
No replay editing or mod editing.

To figure out your score:
- save a replay of your best kick
- view the replay and use shift-p to move one frame at a time
- the first frame that says 'you win' is the contact frame
- subtract that frame number from 300 total frames
- that number is your score, lowest score wins
- post your replay to this thread before the deadline

This is a replay of one of my kicks. If you view the replay you see it contacts when the timer says 180. So the score of my demo replay is 120 (300 - 180)

The lowest score wins.

decided to give this a try. Is it valid even if it doesn't go through? it says I won because i made contact with it at frame 203 206. 97 94 is my score then.

I thought I saw contact at 202, putting it at 98. I will double check, either way its totally valid and the current winner.

PS: The ball wont go through the uprights, it hits an invisible box to trigger the win.

EDIT: And while I'm sober and thinking. I didn't specify what happens if it comes down to a tie. I guess if it comes to that I will just pay out 5000tc to all tied parties. Also, if you post a replay and then happen to do a faster version, you can update your original post with the new replay until the deadline and I will update the standings. Note to self: think these things out more at the start, or never sober up.

There's no way he could see if i edited one of my replays.
