I don't see a reason why there should be a belt restriction... there are alot good players that have a lower belt than 2nd dan.
By making a ''free app'' is the player showing how can deal with making a high quality app, it's showing his personallity and behavior aswell.

Just saying that all players that i saw doing apps since I joined Metal didn't put the essential things. And all players on the clan are wasting time to say what to put....
Also clan starts to gets more and more popular as I saw, we didn't make any rules about the recruitment restriction belt. I think that if you want to show that the clan needs authority, you need to put stronger rules (you think that by showing replays ,playera shows all of their talent).

Anyway I'll wait to see what other thinks.
