i completed the offer "Tales of Pirates", meaning i downloaded, registered and started playing, but i didnt get any tc. Did i miss something?

You should note that not every TC survey is working, most of them are scams, you wont get any TC by doign them.

Well they do work sometimes, so you cant actually tell wether something is a scam or not.

also sometimes you have to wait till the TC arrives.

Well I wouldnt count on that survey that much, though in time you could make other surveys, maybe you'll get some luck.
