i bought the head texture from the torishop, uploaded a texture and activated it but it wont download onto my guy.

Have you tried typeing /dl weed33?

yep tried that and i know ive done everything else right because it actually appeared for maybe 5 minutes before i lagged out of a game and it vanished

Goto setup->options and unmark "disable graphics reloading". Then dl again.

Delete your folder from custom, then re-download the textures in game.

tried that except one of the files will not delete it just says that its being used by another program even though i dont have any programs open

Reboot your PC or kill tb.exe through task manager.
