no you dont need steam to do that command. IDK why it would tell you to download it again what version of TB are you running?

What error message is it giving you? You might have changed your password or something, and it's trying to get you to log back in

If you're talking about the plugin on the forums, yes you need steam for that.

Only Duels take TC away to play. Tourneys just mean when you lose you get knocked out and you fught for a greater prize.

The /jo room is a command typed in chat. If you see the /jo room command on the forum (like the global) it will try to run through steam.

If it's easier, type /jo room in your chat bar ingame. It will merit they same result in steam or non steam clients.
