How about a challenging idea?
A car.
With doors, windows, windshield, grill, wheels, headlights/taillights, etc..
It'd be a reasonable challenge to get them placed and shaped efficiently.

that sounds stupidly cool.
i just might actually do that.

Indeed. It would be more appropriate to move this thread to rapid threads board, since this is more of a question and not actual art.
And you can make a thread here when you start doing the texture.
