Interesting to think about, I do think people put less effort into what they're saying in discord off-topic and more so than not people are just saying random mumbo jumbo that contribute to actually nothing BUT I couldn't imagine trying to have a conversation in forum off-topic, maybe there's a feature on here I'm not aware of but it just seems so much more slow-paced and less uhhh interactive ? immersive ? personal ? something like that
