Step 1: fire ALL staff except for Hanna, and Erth
Step 2: Reinstate Lillian as head moderator
Step 3: Spend money on staff members with actual degrees in social communication / coding
Step 4: Remove all forms of gambling such as betting, and dueling.
It already might be too late to apply these changes but I believe this is Toribash's best shot at coming to life in 2024
