Like the title says, My item is not loading once in game, this is the first time I've had a problem with this so I'd like to know how to fix it..

I've tried putting it in a set, deactivating and reactivating etc.

Do /dl yourname or open the torishop it may sound stupid but it works for me

Or you just disabled 3d items if you did go to options then press on advanced and you can enable 3d items

it's a hair item, surprisingly
the item was made back when 3d objects weren't a thing
