You need to record them with a screen recorder such as fraps, then you'll be able to upload them on youtube.
If you want to do it in a professional way and make a whole movie then use a video editor such as Windows Movie Maker or a much better one, Sony Vegas.
Render the video you made then upload them to youtube.

Youtube supports only video files such as avi, mpg, mkw, wmw, mp4 etc.
The toribash replay file is .rpl, which is a simple text document by the way which is only supported by toribash.
There is no way youtube could play a .rpl file.
