Can you be more specific about it? Does the game crash, not start at all, shows any errors or is it something else?
What is your OS? Keep in mind if you're on macOS Catalina, Toribash won't work and you'll either need to downgrade your OS or wait until there's a 64bit version of Toribash.

Try adding Toribash to exceptions in your firewall / antivirus settings, error you're getting means the game works but fails to connect to an online room.
Also make sure you're on the latest version of the game (5.43 as of now).
