For forum branch:

Also have a hired noob go and be nooby and see how much said person rages
Balanced:
- fight against someone in the clan AND write a small paragraph about a question.
For all:
Specific thread created with Essay and/or replays of testing games.
The entire clan will vote but higher rank votes count for more. (but not that much more)
e.g:
-rumor =10points
-unknown= 12 points
-seeker = 14 points
-Secret keeper = 16 points
-Secret Guardian = 18 points
-Leader = 25 points
This can be edited etc etc...

me and my crew will play them ingame and/or give them challenges then give a brief on this member.

give a brief on how there attitude is an their forum etiquette. how will it effect the clan and do you approve?
Stg 3
Resourcefulness<-debateable (
?)give the clan a brief whether u think they are beneficial to the clan or now and why.
all stgs excluding the background check are worth one vote so the only way the can get in the clan is to have 2/3 votes or higher.
all members of the crews must discuss this with ur crew leader only the crew leader may dish out the final opinion
also front page will be updated so applicants can see what stg they are at.

Quick suggestion for the stages.
Change the background check to something else, because it isn't really a stage, it's more of a preliminary test or "entrance exam" kinda thing. They have to pass that before they can even start on the rest (unless I'm misunderstanding how it's supposed to work)

i made it a stg cuz if they dont pass it they dont move on to the next and cant be in the recruitment process at all.

=) just figured I'd mention it, cause if they fail say.. stage 2, then they can still continue on to pass 3 and 4 then get the 2/3 votes.
but a fail one stage 1 would hold them back?
or are you doing it where they have to pass at least the first 3 to be allowed in, the 4th being just icing on the cake?

they can continue failing any stg, they need 2 out of the 3.
