Well, it's nothing special, but I couldn't find a soccer mod with two goals.
Every match just seemed one-sided.
So I made a multiplayer soccer mod.
It's uploaded officially and ready to go.

how u get 4 ppl in there at once?

its not possible in 3.9 or 3.91 version.

Simple but actually I couldn't find one either, the only thing is, I would have put the ball by one player, this may seem unfair but allows the other player to save, then attack afterwards, instead of running in and getting tangled up. Downloading now

how do you win game do you have to score

I made this before triggers were released, so it's the usual "more points wins" type of game.
I will be updating it soon, though. Then it'll be "first to score wins".
