The forum is nice but Imo its looks outdated.

Remove these
1. Minibash forum link place next to help button.
2. Calendar (idk if anyone uses it)
3.the jo room thing
4. Moods cuz they are kinda useless

1.instead of user cp change it to profile, I know some ppl dont know what user cp means

and lastly

NEW LAYOUT/DESIGN - our design is okay, it just looks old and needs to look a bit more modern

I don't think the forum looks outdated at all, really. The first two points are ok, but there's no reason to remove functional stuff. I think moods are fun, even if they're kind of useless, they spice up the profiles a bit.
"Competitons" should definitely be removed since it's been years since anyone used it.
The search function could be hidden for regular users. You could say it advertises Tp, but it has greater success pissing people off, as it seems.
Also "Register" could be hidden for logged in users.

Made some changes to navbar now, User CP is now "User Control Panel", hid "Register" button for logged users, removed Calendar and Competitions, hid Search for users who can't use it.
