hi about a week ago i buyed a head or artyst on the market and i he sent me a pm saying send me the tc and i send u the head and he still hasnt sent me the head help please.

Well I would advice PMing an smod or an admin for the job (usually hanz0 works with these).
Make sure you include proof.
