I suppose you guys were just not ready yet.

You could do 2 things:

1: Watch this clan wither and die.

or

2: Get a grip and start building. To me it seems that this clan has worked as a stepping stone for players to join greater clans. While it's not necessarily enjoyable to be that kind of clan, it is sometimes a necessary evil when you're building it up. The loyal ones stay and get better, and the disloyal ones...well, they do well for the clan as long as they're in it.
