Purchasing a New Computer
Okay, now before you start suggesting what websites i should go to in order to make a kickass computer, this is going to be a family computer and must be catalog bought. I'm going to link some computers below and i want your views on which is the best and whether it can run Toribash with shaders.

Thanks.

Also, you could possibly scour the websites I've provided if you're that keen, and find some better ones than i have posted.
Definitely the fourth link shows the best configuration posted by you.
Never buy integrated Intel cards, they won't run Toribash with shaders good.

You really should make a home-made configuration... That would extend your warranty to some parts and make the whole config cheaper than the one bought from catalog, as everyone knows.

The first one features old components and pretty useless 1 year warranty. IMHO it doesn't worth even pasting a link here.
An old graphics card is a bad side of the last set, too.

Radeon with DDR2 memory? Fail! I had my GF 8600 GT with 512MB DDR2... Dude, get Radeon HD 4770 (or even sometimes the cheaper 4850) or GeForce 250. They're pretty cheap. The CPU doesn't suit the GPU well - graphics card would bottleneck your performance, try to find better balanced sets.
That's my opinion.

And find out what's the power supply!

And I'm sorry, I'm not good at finding good "catalog" sets... Maybe try auction services?
