Idk if im allowed to say this. My idea of recruitment:
1.First make the person do an application.
2.test them online. Best out of something.
3. If he beats recruiter let him vs best player of clan.
4. If he does well, or passes. Talk to him personally.
5. Check if he's Ingame and forum active.
6. Clan votes on a private way/thread. 3 no is a reject. 6 yes is in. (Anyone in the clan can vote).
7. Make player as trial, to make sure he or she stands ups to the ^^above
8. If passes, they will be full time members
I hope im allowed to say this, sorry if Im not allowed

1. Writing an Application
2. Checking his history (alts, activity etc)
3. Talking to him in the not yet made Skype group for newbies.
4. Fighting him ingame, just to watch reactions and all that stuff.
5. Voting if he'll become a Trial.
6. Letting him in after 1 week if he did good.

That was almost an exact replica of our old recording process it works for a non official plan but now that we're official we kind of need a more difficult process
