- muteall \ unmuteall при объявлении правил (раньше бот мутал и анмутал всех по очереди, а не сразу).

New version:
- Исправил баг, возникший в позапрошлой версии, в котором Win log сохранялся в файл правил.
- Добавил переключатель повторного старта турнира.

Кнопка со стрелкой возле кнопки старта.
Если кнопка светлая, то это значит что после проведения турнира - он закончится.
Если кнопка темная, то это значит, что после проведения турнира сразу начнется набор нового.

Arrow button next to the start button.
If the button is white, it means that the tournament does not repeat after finished last one..
If the button is dark, it means that after the tournament begins immediately a new one.

- Сделал так что бы не возвращало из спека игрока, который слил бой.
Т.е. бот автоматически возвращает в турнир только тех, кто не пропустил и не начал свой бой.
