there is alot of people spamming using decap prize like:

so
just make like 5-10 second before making a new prize
simple as f***

yes this would be a nice implementation, also maybe instead of a straight up flood kick, a message like You are typing too fast, you are muted for 15 seconds.

muting wont change a thing for adding to the decapprize
maybe something like everytime you add to the decapprize 1tc 5 times. it doubles what you add

nah, Why make him pay what he dont want besides he would only make half of it and it doubles
just like when i write /decapprize 1
and i write it again after it shows that:you gotta wait 4 seconds till you make a prize
and the seconds keep getting lower
simple

Or the op can just kick the guy who is doing it.

I really don't see a problem in it because it is really easy to ignore.
