"Highest speed attained" doesn't really mention anything about dismembers not being allowed, so ehh...

cause it's sicky i do it for 1 hour :O

and i think must be create two new submissions : highest speed attained with legs hands not dm... and with dm ...

it's just highest speed that you can do, decent effort, though.
