So does this mean that (could be wrong) if in a betting server the dp gets to 100k and the op can kick everybody and get the decap with a buddy?

Haven't looked at the rules in awhile but what are the out lines rules to a betting server if there are. (The suggestion is adding rules) ( even though it's really not any of your problem because it's a private server)

It used to be a case some time ago but we banned 'soft rules' and introduced some other rules to prevent such things, f.ex. look here http://forum.toribash.com/showthread.php?t=491136

Tarlan was out of a loop for quite some time and he has some outdated information probably.
