I don't know how to feel about these suggestions, since some of them are quite exciting and others sounds like high effort to implement and low reward from the community. But I'll point out my thoughts on each suggestion.

I respect the ambition but I don't see how this can be actually useful instead of another unused feature. Do you really need to bookmark a frame once you can navigate throughout it so well? I will resume this in the next suggestions

Sounds like a feature that demands moderation (if i get the idea right) and a lot of effort to implement. I wouldn't bother if it was already implemented (sounds pretty cool actually), but the outcome is kinda unpredictable and the time needed to implemented that could be used for something else, imo.

I have nothing against this, this is a must have in my opinion.

I'm not totally against the idea but sounds like a completely different feature. I'd prefer discuss it in a more specific thread

It would be super cool if it was the user that configures when that happens. If it was automatic many bugs would burst in the entire game and not everyone would be very understanding about it.
But also demands a lot of effort, probably

Do you have any ideas of
how this can be done and how it would work? Just sounds impossible to me but maybe you can change my mind.

A window that opens/closes when you hit

instead of that i'd go for a percentage approach, just like youtube
you press
CTRL+1, you go to the 1/10 of the replay,
CTRL+2 takes you to 2/10, and so goes on.
sounds more practical, in my opinion, both for developer and user.
