It's an achievement for people who dedicate their time to the game. You have to earn that through experience, not money.

I mean yeah you can say that, but I vote for giving us more things to purchase and flesh out the economy in this instance. It's an item of personal use rather than something that can really be flexed like a badge of honor or something.
