I was bored and I made this head:



Is my first cartoon head, I'm new at art and I don't know much of effects and I use Gimp, I know PS is better, but I suck at PS
Please gimme ideas, what should I add/remove ?

Please guys, I need more comments and suggestions.

Use air brush to shadow.
In gimp, if you want make easier, use vector and air brush.
Its good for your first.
Try to make without the black outlines.
Look better.
