This happens with other files too sometimes. Just restart your computer and delete, if it didn't disappear by itself already.
Don't take life too seriously, you never get out of it alive anyways.

Ok, can not read from source file or disk, it means it's not there. A ghost file if you will. Have you tried restarting your computer?

Use a .bat file

Just make a text file like this:

del replayname
And save it as whatever.bat, then double click it.

Never failed for me.
