I would recommend changing the blue part to sort of a Radioactive Color (76 255 255 0) And add a bit of Gaussion Blur.

Is this a sketch because the head isn't really good it looks like a 5 minute peice of work there is no detail at all.

Hmm... Seems like a good sketch to start off.

Now, you could shade it so it really looks like metal (Without the lines, of course.). Maybe you could try to make it rusty.

As for the blue parts, you could make them look like they're glowing.

The Back is already looks nice.. but make it more detail at Top of the head..
and for the Front, its not to good.. Make it looks like Space, a Glass? hmm..
and, The Side is too Simple, detailed it will be great..
Add another blue part will be good..
Overall its not bad.. 7/10 ..
