You need to use same positioning as for legacy gui, that was initially done for backwards compatibility reasons. That'd mean logo should take approximately 70% of the texture and be positioned in the top left corner, game title should take only the top quarter of the texture and splatter should (ideally) be designed in a way so that it can be used both on the left and the right side of the UI.
It's not really ideal but GUI textures have always been pretty much a gimmick as you can pretty much achieve the same result just by tweaking game files, so there's that.
