I DON'T PLAY TORIBASH, I JUST CAME FOR FORUMS

Came across this a bit back. Can be customized quite nicely if you ask me.

A form for deciding graphics card for cpu.

Intel cpu = nvidia

AMD = Ati radeon series

A good cpu is Intel i7 i have i5 and it runs any game like a dream.

Nvidia gt 330m is a good laptop graphics card but thats not available on stationary i think.

If its too fast tb will not run smoothly (idk why but it wont)
it's changed a lot junibug, nvidia and ati work well on both amd and intel cpu's now.

the toribash thing is because of windows 7 and nvidia's problems with opengl 4.0 working with it or w/e but considering toribash is an opengl based game that works really well on xp with nvidia videocards and not on windows 7 that's the best conclusion i can come up with

it used to be that you couldn't even play toribash up until nvidia came out with a driver release that fixed this problem btw.

just be glad they fixed it lol
You don't say?

Do programmers needs GPU? Nope
Do they need ram? Yeah but only a little
HDD? Ofc they benefit from a fast one, but not essential, souce can easily be held extenernally
CPU? Always nice, but even 2ghz single core can do all that is needed.

PLUS: He did say he wanted it to play SC2, not programming.

Yeah, my bad. I don't know how or why I typed programming, it wasn't what I meant at all. Probably was reading something else and you know how when you're reading something and you're typing and you accidentally start typing what you're reading? But I'm pretty sure I meant powerful or something because wtf programming pc? damn....

QFT. I don't see why people think they need to spend a fortune on something that can be great for $700. Programmers..what's your definition of a programmer Pyrotime? I know a programmer or two that do their job just fine on a 4 yr. old compaq laptop that run a free copy of ubuntu on it. (otherwise known as DjPz..)
