Did you mean how to make a spinning head?
Well,
If you're using gimp,
Go to filters.Then find animations.
If you've find it,click it.
After then,click spinning globe.
If you want the spin of the globe good,Use 30 or 40 frames.
Also save the image in .gif(Example head.gif) and make sure its saved as an animation.
Don't use .png or .jpg
The spin will not appear if you using another format except .gif
For moving camera,
You can use these :
W to move camera Foward
S to move camera Backward
A to move camera the left.
D to move camera the right.
Q to move camera up.
E to move camera down.
Or you can use numbers too.
1 is normal camera
2 is free camera
3 is tori camera
4 is uke camera
5 is to play camera movements.
