I have all Toriprime and Forum VIP, i had a gif custom fit for my sig and im getting the error "Your file of 2.93 MB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 351.6 KB for this filetype."
What do i do?

It means the file size is too big. You need an image that is lesser than 351.6 KB.

If the Gif is too long or is too big in size, then that means the file is too big.
