here's an example of my sparring style. you can't really classify it under any category or anything since it's so weird and unique to me.

nice replay lol, btw you forsure have a style too. It would be more along the lines of capoeira and gymnasic. Most people now would call it "tricking", its more intended for flair, but it uses a lot of traditional martial arts forms. Like I said, its usualy passive but no doubt can be effective in a fight.

I think these are great examples of comp vs co-op tbh

In the first one it just shows in the body language you guys want alot of action, and i love that factor man. In the second its so coordinated. As in it looks very traditional in terms of a spar, each of you guys are clearly taking time to perform and defend various hits even if they dont succeed.
