I was just playing boxing a second ago, and in the middle of twisting and turning to regain balance my chest fractured for seemingly no reason. What causes this? I hadn't taken any damage directly to my chest at the time so I know that wasn't why.

It might have been your chest twisting so violently.

It's possible, but it would've been the first time it's ever happened to me after almost a week /=
