It's a good idea but it has problems.

Hundreds of people buy Tc/Boosters and if each of them had a different list of things that they want, it would take ages to give them all out.

Hampa's a busy man. He can't get round to answering everybody, otherwise he'd have to stop production of Toribash (and other projects) to talk and answer questions 24/7. =/
