DEFINITION OF YOUR GRAPPLING STYLE- QUICK GUIDE
Hey guys, tonight im gonna show you some quick tips and styles for you to "refine" your fighting methods.

-AIKIDO
. Im putting two styles reviews. We've got:

-Wrestling
. Wrestling is a style that are resumed by SLAMS. Slams, those are known as "noob moves" around high level players, BUT, if you execute-it perfectlly will not be "noobish".
.Lifts and Suplex:
Those are two kinds of moves that defines Wrestling.

. Lifts, or "shovels" are known as noob moves, but they are very usefull.
They happen when you lift your opponent off the ground and above your waist and push them out of the dojo or SLAM him in the ground. To do this move:
You "noobclap" (Contract both pecs and grab with both hands), Then you extend your hips and raise your shoulders. Then you can make whatever you want.

.Suplex
They often appear of counters. They are usefull to counter shovels and regular takedowns. You drag your opponent, and lift him, then your opponent and slam him.
To do this you must, extend both glutes and hips, contract your both pecs, raise your sholders and extend abs, and if it kinda fails you can turn your chest to make a powerfull swing and force him to fall.

The other style is the Judo.
- The judo is consistent in trips and rolls, counters and backwards throws.
A basic move is the judo wheel.
. You drag your opponent to the ground and throw him backwards off the dojo.
You contract one hip and extend the knee of this same leg, contract your knee of the other leg, noob clap.
Then you suplex him and extend your contracted knee.

THATS IT YOU GUYS ANY QUESTIONS JUST REPLY TO ME OK? SEE YA
