Stupid Rep
Sometimes i get really good rep and it doesn't come up in green, it comes up as grey, which is like +0 rep, how come this happens
I have nearly the same problem. I can't give people + or -rep, it just shows up gray. Any logical explanation to this?

I think that you have to have above 10 rep points to give someone 1 point of +rep.
I am not sure if it is the same thing for -rep also.

That is correct, Mosier. It does count with -Rep as well.

Every ten rep points you get gives you +1 rep-power, for example, I have like 30 rep or something, I can give 3 rep points to/away of someones account.
