A little explanation so people who watch this ain't lost about what they're watching ;3

Wing Chun is an approximatively 400 years old martial art which has been made/synthesize by a woman and a few other martial arts masters. They picked different principles from different ancient chinese martial arts to make an effective and "effortless" MA system to denfend themselves during the manchou invasion (by the japs). (I'm no history specialist tho ;p)

It's a compromise between internal Martial Art (breathing/relaxing/sharpen mind etc...) with a lot of daily basic form practicing, and external martial arts using physics and logical body mechanics to make it straight and effective.

A lot of people considere it like a self-defense system, but it's actually a good Qi Gong exercice for your health and mind too. It's not a martial-art designed for sport since you can learn some throat/eye jabs, crotch kicks, knee breaking kicks etc...

I probably miss a lot of things since I haven't even started courses yet ! so you can look by yourself if your interested ;p
