Why do you want to improve your skills?

I want to improve my skills because I'm feeling that I'm not growing fast as I used to. I think I could do much better if I had an incentive and a support. I'm also feeling like I'm too restricted with my skills. I'm not able to make sets, avys and sigs, and my work is getting to much similar to my previous ones. And I think this is the place where this will be fixed.
