Reducing Alt ?

thats good for bad player :V

but,

alt is needed for some reason
for some important thing
like,

getting stolen account
like me

i used my alt (supern00b6) to contact Icky, and then discuss with him about my stolen account
and i get it back using my alt

about the 'limit of email used blah idk...' , like Tyzi said
'u can make alt without email'

so, for reducing alt so much used for bad thing, just banned the alt IP for some day
so he cant enjoy Toribash
